Not related to books or reading

Have you ever felt you lost your moorings? I have been feeling that way lately. One of the reasons for not visiting and commenting. I do post to keep myself out of depth of despair but visiting and commenting has taken a beating.

I know I will get out it. But when, I can't say...

Right now nothing is helping me. Books, least of all...

I hope you are back to your wonderful self soon. I know it how it feels when all just seems out of sorts. I'll be thinking of you!

That doesn't sound good at all! I hope you hang in there, don't give up. Forget blogging for a while and take a rest, take it easy, relax. Hope you will be able to cheer up soon.

I took 3 days off from the internet a few weeks ago and came back refreshed. I hope you're in happy spirits soon!

I like to listen to music when I'm down in the dumps or I go off by myself for a while. Hope you feel better soon!

I get that way sometimes, and it's hard. It'll pass. Just take care of yourself. ((HUGS))

I took last week off as I just couldn't keep up with blogging and reading blogs. I concentrated solely on Christmas and didn't even read a book. I felt so much better after a week out. You need to take a break every so often, otherwise it becomes a chore rather than a pleasure.

I think all of us go through that from time to time. But bouncing back is inevitable! Hope you bounce back soon!

I hope you've been writing. that can be a cathartic experience and help you get out of a funk. Keep your chin up. We'll still be here for you.

Been there, done that. Just remember the light at the end of the tunnel truly is light and not a train. Feel free to email if for no other reason than touching base with someone who's been in a dark place more than once.

Hope your feeling better, a small vent like that sometimes helps. If your staying in get out and breathe in some air.

I hope things start to get better soon. I think we all go through really low points, it's only natural. We'll still be here for you when you're ready to come back.

Hope you are feeling better soon, Gautami. I know sometimes we are out of it but hopefully, if not books, your blogging buddies help perk you up a bit. :)

I've definitely gotten into a funk before, too - it'll pass. And the great thing about it: we'll all still be here when you feel better :) We won't go anywhere, so don't worry if you can't get around to visit for awhile. Hope you feel better soon!

So sorry you are feeling "unmoored." I know how that feels. Take a few deep breaths, take your time, and know that we will be here, whenever you feel ready...just take care of yourself.

I've definitely been there. Sometimes, you just need to get away from it all. Maybe you could focus on something else you enjoy doing rather than reading for a while. We'll all be here when you come back. The important thing is that you feel better. I'll be sending good thoughts your way.

I always try to remember that this too shall pass. A funk isn't easy to get through. Try to think about what you believe in, what you know to be true, you will be reminded that you have faith, at least in the little things.
