Saturday Snapshot: June 22, 2013

Posting a family photo that was taken on 25 May 2013 on my dad's 11th Anniversary. My older brother is not in the picture as he lives in Bangalore. We sure missed him...

My middle brother refuses to be photographed. But here he was game.
Posting this for Saturday Snapshot, hosted by Melinda of West Metro Mommy now. It was started by Alyce of At Home With books

Great photograph, what is with men, that they don't want photos. My boys always assumed their dad was a vampire, (he worked nights for years, and hates garlic) and they assumed he'd not photograph, silly children.

You have a beautiful smile! (I can never get my husband to smile in photos, not even when he dressed up as Santa Claus for the children at my school!)

That's a lovely photo. Good that you've got them together... smile or not smile is not important as long as they're willing to stand beside you and take a photo with you. That's how I feel with my 'men'... husband and son. ;)

Cool that you got a photo of an elusive brother.

Sweet family photo! It's hard to have family far away, isn't it?

He doesn't look happy about it like you and mom.

I love when I can get someone in a photograph who will NEVER be in a photo. Lovely photo. Have a great day, Gautami!

Great photo. Even people who hate to have their photos taken are glad afterwards to have the picture. Sorry about your dad but it's nice to know he's still a part of your life even though he's gone.

What a wonderful photo! Every family has members that don't care to be photographed. That's why it's so special when you are lucky enough to get them. A treasure!

What a once family pic. To bad your brother couldn't be there. Hy husband has been to Bangalore for work, but I have not been to India. It is on my list of places to visit.

Nice family photo.

The guys might not look happy, but the ladies made up for it. Also, how wonderful that your brother even agreed to the photo, given that he normally avoids them. Family photos make great keepsakes.

That is a cute contrast between the ladies and men. You gals are shining! Glad that you got them to agree to the photo.
