The Sunday Post/Sunday Salon: Bidding 2013 goodbye and welcoming 2014

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

2014 has started with a bang. At least for me. After a lulled 2013, I am back with a vengeance! I have already read four novels and on to my fifth. That feels good. Maybe the winter season has helped! I stay cooped at home most of the times and have nothing to do but read. I did not join a single challenge in 2013. But I have joined a few this year. I think that will help me in boosting my reading. Sometimes we need to find incentives to do things. A sense of achievement is one such incentive!

I hopped over here after you left a post on my blog, and was so pleasantly surprised. As I looked around, I found a blog filled with things I love - mysteries and poetry! I expect my to be read pile is about to grow.

I found some of the poems that you wrote and enjoyed them very much. I will definitely be a regular visitor.

May your new year be full of love and laughter (and books!)
