Jennifer asks “What is your favorite spooky book (i.e. mystery/suspense, thriller, ghost story, etc.)?”
Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka. Here I will also mention Edgar Allen Poe. His works are awesome.
Parajunkee asks If you could Wei characters from a book meet and form an epic storyline with characters from a TV series, which characters would you choose and why?
Somehow I am NOT interested in wei characters...

I haven't read enough spooky stories to have a favorite.
Two great choices--
I couldn't pick a favorite, so I picked the one that scared me the most- Stephen Kin's Pet Sematary.
Metamorphosis, I will have to look into this one.
My choices

A few of the short stories by Thomas Hardy probably fit the bill for me--
"The Fiddler of the Reels"
"The Withered Arm"
"Barbara of the House of Grebe"
Fun posting! Cheers! Chris
I love reading The Tell Tale Heart, preferably out loud. Luckily I live in Richmond, VA near the Poe museum.
Metamorphis is a wonderful classic.
Great scary choices...of course you can never go wrong with Poe!
Oddly I have yet to read any Edgar Allan Poe. I know I should.
Metamorphosis, sounds like a spooky read.
