Have you ever read a random book left in a waiting room or on a park bench, etc., and did you like it?
I once saw a book left in the airport lounge but did not pick it up because of a lurid cover!! It looked like a trashy novel. Someday, I do wish to read a "found" novel. However, I have left quite a few novels at various places. I Don't know where those ended up despite leaving my phone number in the back cover!!

I always wonder if the owner will come back to claim the book so I leave it there!
I don't think I could pick up a book, especially a trashy I couldn't only imagine the dirt behind it literally and physically lol. Here's my BTT.

I wouldn't want to start a book that I might not have the chance to finish.
I have found quite a few over the years. Many of them left by students in my classroom. A few in airplanes and on busses. I've read them, but never came across one I loved. Liked, but not loved.
I've left a few books at Bookcrossing.com so I could track what happened to them.
