For any author who would like his/her book to be reviewed, contact me. Poetry books too are solicited for reviewing. However, there are some genres I tend to avoid. Feel free to ask me.

I must mention here that I read at my own pace and depending on my mood. Don't ask me to hurry.

I enjoy reading about your love for poetry.
I have chosen a book that changed my life.

I can't choose just one book either or even specify a few.
After reading your post, I may have to step outside of my comfort zone, and pick up a book of poetry.
Happy Holidays!!
I found the answer to this question easy, I chose only one book.
I am new at poetry, I don't consider myself a poet, but I am having fun trying to learn and write poems.
I couldn't pick one book either. I do have a great respect for poetry and it can be just as life changing as a book and in fewer words. I'm also a scientist (though I don't work in labs anymore)
Science and poetry - that is certainly an unusual combination! I had a little trouble with this one at first.
Ah, good! I love when poetry is picked!
true, every book impacts us in some way, yet some have had a more profound impact on me than others.
Poetry, of course!
Which book changed your life?
I would have to say the Harry Potter and Twilight series because they sparked so many conversations with people I know well and people I just met. It's also fun talking with people about the different aspects between the books and the movies.
Have you ever heard of the Symphony of Science videos? They combine science and rt -- all enjoyable to listen to, and some of the visuals are memorized. #4, "Anthem for Science", has a line from [Unweaving the Rainbow]: 'Science is the poetry of reality.'
