For any author who would like his/her book to be reviewed, contact me. Poetry books too are solicited for reviewing. However, there are some genres I tend to avoid. Feel free to ask me.

I must mention here that I read at my own pace and depending on my mood. Don't ask me to hurry.

I like that you wanted a book version of a story your mom had told you ... that's cute!
The first book I ever bought was Love's Abiding Joy by Janette Oke.
I'm impressed that you can remember! I can't... I was probably visiting libraries with my mum long before I could read.

Wow, you have a good memory! I have no idea what the first book I bought was.
I can't remember at all !!
Aww, what a cute story :)
I think my first real book was Merry Mr. Meddle, by enid blyton. My mother helped me read it too :)
The first book I can remember buying, though I'm not sure it's the first book I bought, was a fantasy epic called Lord Foul's Bane by Stephen R. Donaldson. I read all three volumes of the trilogy as soon as they came out, thrilled to find something new that was like Lord of the Rings but not Lord of the Rings.
I was 13 at the time. Don't judge me.
