Awesome list - you reminded me of so many great authors like Bronte (love, love, love) and Toole.
I agree with Emily Brontë!. I loved Wuthering Heights, it was so, so good & really tragic. Great list.
A Confederacy of Dunces is one of my faves. So tragic what happened to him.
