For any author who would like his/her book to be reviewed, contact me. Poetry books too are solicited for reviewing. However, there are some genres I tend to avoid. Feel free to ask me.

I must mention here that I read at my own pace and depending on my mood. Don't ask me to hurry.

This was a very different answer in comparison to the rest of the answer which are mostly out of love for a book. Interesting take!
My BTT Pick
Great answer! I've been using the "watch the movie" method to get myself more familiar with Shakespeare's works.
good answer, sometimes the movie is an easier way.

I always read the Jane Austen books first before watching the movies. There is so much more included in the books and the movies are much easier to follow. I sometimes find it a struggle to read some parts of her books, but when I look back at what I read, I fall in love with her books and the characters. I have read them all and Emma is my favorite, although most people like Pride and Prejudice best.
I love both Jane Austen books and Jane Austen movies/mini-series. I love all the different adaptaions.

I have only read a few of her books, but I've loved the Austen series that PBS put on two winters ago. They really came to life for me, as I can see why they'd seem rather difficult to 'get into'.
Haven't all of her books been made into movies (or TV-series) already? Most of them several times over!!! More or less successfully...
