Mondays: Mailbox/Whereabouts/Musings

Started by Marcia, this September, Monday Mailbox is hosted by Kathy of BermudaOnion.

I received the following four books in the past two weeks: (Click on the image for larger picture), thanks to the authors/publicists:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
In the past two weeks:
I finished:
Bones on Contention by Jeanne Matthews
I am in the midst of reading:
The Twisted Path Home by Fae Bidgoli
And This Too Shall Pass by E. Lynn Harris
I posted reviews of:
I have scheduled review of:
Bones on Contention by Jeanne Matthews
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If you knew you only had 30 days left to live, would books and reading still hold such a great priority in your life? Or, would you set aside your reading to do something else, spend more of your time elsewhere? What would you do, instead?

If I knew I had only 30 days to live, one of my priorities would be to get my paperwork all in order. I don't want my family to have problems on that account. And I would like to travel and see some of those places I have only dreamed about. Of course while travelling, I might read. Or jot down my experiences in my journal. or just enjoy the change in scenery.

The French Letters are very popular this week. Nancy, one of our reviewers, got it last week and plans to review it.

as to the MM question, to heck with the paper work. Let them figure it out...lol
But I too would be on a plane, at once, to see a few places I have always wanted to go to.
Makes me think I should be working on that now...

Sounds like a great week ahead!

I think that if I had 30 days to live, I would definitely try to connect with everyone I cared about and spend time with them...hopefully in some beautiful surroundings.

I couldn't find the Musings today? Is someone hosting it?

Here's my Monday:

Enjoy your week of reading.

Good idea to have your paperwork in order. My friend's husband died in a car accident 5 weeks ago and she is having a nightmare because of no finished paperwork.

Wasn't Still Missing out of the mind creepy? Boy, it sure had me on the edge of the seat and sitting shell-shocked half the time. Have a great week! You sure read some good books in the last two weeks.
