For any author who would like his/her book to be reviewed, contact me. Poetry books too are solicited for reviewing. However, there are some genres I tend to avoid. Feel free to ask me.

I must mention here that I read at my own pace and depending on my mood. Don't ask me to hurry.

I like to read in bed at night so I will choose something lighter for then and keep something that needs my full attention for the day.
I more or less stick to one book, be it day or night.
Choosing a book to read in public on the basis of showing off ... I will confess to having done that!
I just read one book at a time, no matter what time of the day.
Isn't it interesting how we mature - even in our reading!

I used to show off some of my books too, but since only a few of my friends are fellow bookworms, the attention wasn't exactly overwhelming.
I agree you should read any book at any time :) Well there are a few that would be embarrassing in public :P
When you get scared with what you are reading. Books like that are best read during day time.
Thanks for dropping by.
Just over the last month I find myself reading different books during different times of the day. Since I've been participating in The Handmaid's Tale readalong I've been reading that in the afternoon, which has allowed me to stay on track with the reading schedule. And then in the evenings I've been reading a combination of review books, book club selections, or The Passage. Boy do I hope I can finish The Passage this weekend! I've been reading that sucker for over a month!
I don't care much what anyone else thinks but I do care about what I myself think, so at night I prefer books that don't cause nightmares...
You are the second one that says that they used to carry books that made them seem intelligent !
I don't divide my books by day or night. Here is my answer for Booking Through Thursday.
I so had to guffaw to recall my vanity when I did try to make sure certain book titles upped my status. I was once a non-fiction by day and a fiction at evening but now mostly read as I please. Hope it's a fine, fine day for you.
I just have so much reading to do that I can usually only squeeze in pleasure reading at night.
Yes, time of day (or night) really doesn't matter much. "Anything, anytime" is the way I read, too!
