You may have noticed–the Winter Olympics are going on. Is that affecting your reading time? Have you read any Olympics-themed books? What do you think about the Olympics in general? Here’s your chance to discuss!
I have not been keeping track of the Winter Olympics. My reading does not depend on anything other than personal issues. I don't ever remember reading Olympic-themed books. Maybe I should do something about that. I would like recommendations from you! I do watch the other Olympics and keep track of those events that interest me. Only book I remember reading about any Olympian medalist is about Nadia Comăneci, a gymnast.

I caught a bit of the men's figure skating the other night. My BTT: http://www.rundpinne.com/2010/02/booking-through-thursday-olympic.html
I don't read Olympic themed books but it certainly does affect my reading time. While we watch tv in the evenings I usually have my book by me and end up reading while my husband watches one show or another. When we have the Olympics on I just get roped in and can't pull away from the tv. Tonight is men's figure skating so I know it's a lost cause!
I remember watching a movie about Nadya back in the day, it was so good. My BTT is at The Crowded Leaf.
I am watching men's curling as I visit blogs! Don't have any reading recommendations.
I'm not watching the Olympics either. College basketball is a whole different story.
I think I kept up more with the Summer Olympics.
Here is mine
I dnt watch them. And I have not read anything based on the Olympic theme!
I loved the movie they made about Nadia. I watched it so many times as a kid. Never read the book.
