I must mention here that I read at my own pace and depending on my mood. Don't ask me to hurry.

I love the idea of a brother and sister festival, there is such a wonderful bond between siblings! Thanks for the photos
Such a colourful ceremony and a lovely reminder of the links between siblings.
Oh, I love that tradition - I think everyone should celebrate the bond of siblings.
This is my coworker's favorite time of year, although she claims it is because her brothers send her money. :P

Those are some lovely Rakhis :)
Beautiful ribbons and, are those beads? You tie them on for special blessing or just to show they are loved? If you have a lot of siblings, do your wrists get covered with ribbons?
Quite ornate and lovely.
:)
Those are very pretty! What do people do if they don't have a brother?
Oh, and to answer your question - yes, of course you may write about the tree photos! I'd love to see what you write if you're willing to show me. :)
I love the vibrant colors. Thanks for sharing!
WHat fantastic tradition! I love the colorful thread you bought. Thank you for sharing this part of your culture with us. Once you tie the thread on your brother' wrist, how long does the person wear the thread?
