I received two books, in the past two books:
1) Angel Mine by Sherryl Woods from Stacy of Stacy books
2) The Big Ten of Grammar: Identifying and fixing the ten most frequent Grammatical Errors by Dr. William B. Bradshaw from the publicist.

I don't really know what I will be reading, if at all I will be reading.
What am I supposed to do in the readathon, if my slump continues?
Cheerleading, what else!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There was a time when I used to go for those Mills & Boon and Harlequins for cozy reading. But that was a long time ago. I had the graphic novel phase too. In those days, Tintin and Asterix were very common. I loved to cozy up with those albums. Not any more. Presently, I continue with whatever I am reading. Anything goes!
I could probably use the grammar book! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteLike Kathy (bermudaonion), I could probably use the grammar book. Have a good week!
ReplyDeleteI bet that Grammar book is really interesting! Happy reading. My mailbox is at The Crowded Leaf.
ReplyDeleteNice books and I have to say the Grammar book will probably have me thinking about my horrendous mistakes.
ReplyDeleteHappy reading :)
I'm sure the slump will come over me soon, too, although I have steadily read about three books a week. My goal is to work my way through those stacks!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Monday:
Slumps happen. I've been fighting one myself. And the grammar book? I don't ever tire of grammar books. I think it's the editor in me always trying to come out!
ReplyDeleteI hope your slump goes away soon. I know how frustrating it can be. Happy thoughts for happy reading this week =)
ReplyDeleteI want that grammar book! I hope you get over your slump!
ReplyDeleteSounds like we had a similar week, hoping you have more success.
I hope you can pull out of your slump in time for readathon <3
ReplyDeleteOh no! I hate reading slumps! I hope you break out of it soon and enjoy some nice reading time....
ReplyDeleteThe grammar book sounds interesting. Hope your reading slump ends soon.
ReplyDeleteGood for you on cheer-leading for the read-a-thon. maybe while cheering you will see the book on a blog that will cure the slump :)
ReplyDeleteHappy reading!
ReplyDeleteI hope your reading slump disappears soon. I will be reading on Saturday. Looking forward to catching up on my reading. I could really use a book on grammar.
ReplyDeleteI looove grammar books, because I am grammar nut!
ReplyDeleteI can relate to your reading slump. I'm having a bit of a blogging slump at the moment, as I'm extremely busy at work. Maybe just go with the flow, accept that you're not reading much and use the time to do other things.
Just don't beat yourself up about it.
Good luck getting out of your slump! Would rereading a favorite book help?
ReplyDeleteHave fun with the readathon, either way.
Cozies are my main comfort reads, although I do like romances too. I hope your reading slump comes to an end soon. I hate it when they happen.
ReplyDeleteI just got out of my month-long slump, so I the frustration I felt is still fresh in my mind! Just let things fall into place - that's usually the best way to get back to reading - you never know which book will be the one that pulls you out!
ReplyDeleteI'm tempted to order the grammar book and give it to.....(folks whose work should be right but isn't)
ReplyDeleteI like the anything goes strategy!
