But I do use Twitter, only not very often. I find that if you follow a few publishers, then you'll get suggestions for other publishers and book reviewers to follow, and you follow the ones that interest you. Many will follow you back. Tweet each new review as you post it, and you may get some offers for review books from publishers, publicists and authors.
