Mondays: Mailbox/What Are You Reading/Musings

I received one book, unsolicited, in my mailbox, thanks to Hachette India!

Do you like movies made from books? Which ones do you think have been done well — kept mostly to the plot of the book, etc?

I prefer to read books. I do like the Harry Potter movies though. Both are good in their own ways. I must mention here that I don't like Jane Austen novels but I can watch the movies. Strange, isn't it?

    Didn't know about the new John Grisham Abduction. I really want to read it. Always amazed and frightened by how many people just up and disappear. I still remember...

    I so identify with you about the reviews. I'm way behind and I'm putting way too much pressure on myself to get them done. I thought this was supposed to be fun. Have a great Monday!

    I've only read one Grisham book, The Painted House, but none of his legal thrillers. Enjoy your new book!

    That's a new to me Grisham. I haven't read any of his in a long time. He kind of lost me after a while. Enjoy your book!

    I keep trying to read Jane Austen but I can't seem to get very far but love movies based on her books. I hope you enjoy the new Grisham book!
