Booking through travelling

btt button

When you travel, how many books do you bring with you? Has this changed since the arrival of ebooks?

When I travel for a week, I usually carry 4-5 books and each book is more than 400 pages. I do take a mixed genres of books. I don't really pressurize myself to read when I am in a vacation. I read as and when I really wish to. AS I don't own an e-reader, arrival of ebooks have not affected my carrying books in anyway! Maybe someday...

  5. I usually take 1-2 books now, seeing as I'm most likely going to be out and about rather than reading. I brought 6 books with me on my last trip to Texas, though.

My BTT explains why I want an e-reader now. :(

  6. I reduce a stack of about 10 books to 2 trade paperbacks and Kindle when I fly to Asia. The length of the trip is key to how many hard copies I'm bringing. I almost never use my Kindle when I'm not traveling.

  7. I try to choose light weight paperbacks so I can shove a few extras into the suitcase.
