Once you starting tweeting, you'll never stop! I was sooooooooooooo anti-Twitter. It's hard to express yourself in 140 characters or less. I use Twitter, Book Blog Ning, and some blog memes to spread the word. I'm trying to get more reader interaction. I have 100+ followers. I know they visit when I check my stats, but getting a comment isn't always so easy.
