1) Pestilential (page 37): You are a pestilential man, Lieutinant.

2) Beignets (page 39):...set a tray filled with the coffeepot, a plate of beignets, and four cups of...

3) Exculpatory (page 52): Jst looking for every possible exculpatory road.

  4. I just read about beignets in a V. C. Andrews book the other day and had to look it up! It's probably a good thing since I'll be going to New Orleans in August! You had some interesting words this week.

  6. Yum! I, too, have had beignets in New Orleans (is it Cafe du Monde?) Best when hot, hot, hot with coffee!
