Booking Through Siblings

Do you have siblings? Do they like to read?

Yes, I have three brothers and all I can say is, they liked to read. I have inherited their collections of Perry Masons, Agatha Christies, Alistair MacLeans, TinTins and many many more. At one time we all used to read together. But it has all changed. Being engineers, they stick to technical reading and don't read fiction or other stuff any more. If they do, it happens very rarely.

Yes, I miss sharing my thoughts about books with them.

Seems a lot of people, men in particular, stops reading fiction at a certain point. Hopefully they'll come back to it some day.

My siblings say they have no time or patience to read. Only one, now retired and a widow, reads. She likes romances, a genre I rarely read.

Some of my siblings like to read, but we live to far apart to be able to discuss what we read.

Yes, sometimes the professions people go into affect their reading choices (for pleasure).

I have three brothers. We are all readers, two of them mostly fiction and the other non-fiction. Even though we live miles and miles away from each other we still talk books!

My brother doesn't read too much, but loves books related to History.

I have one sister and she's a reader - she even writes reviews for me from time to time.

Same can be said for the men in my life. Sad!
