Mondays: Mailbox/What Are You Reading/Musings

Mailbox Monday was created by Marcia at A Girl and Her Books. Gwendolyn B.  of The Sea of Books is hosting for the month of July.

I r
eceived one book from the author, another Zan-Gah novel.

Dael and the Painted People by Allan Richard Shickman:

Dael and the Painted People (Book 3 in the Zan-Gah Series)A prehistoric adventure, this is the third of the Zan-Gah young adult books. When Dael, guilty and tormented, came to live with the tribe of the painted people, he longed for peace and restoration; but without knowing it, he made a powerful enemy. Luckily, Dael had friends-including a troop of crows-and his own mystical powers. The disturbed and violent hero learns from the Children of the Earth, and from his submissive wife, a new way of life that is peaceful and generous.

It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

I have NOT finished a single book this whole month. So bad...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Do you need to have your owned books out where you can see them, or are you okay with them being stored away?
I like some displayed, not all, I am okay with stored unread novels! That way I don't feel guilty about my long TBR pile!!
Don't stress over not finishing any books yet this month. You'll get your reading groove back soon.
Some times I just take a few days away from reading and do something else. This week-end I scheduled ahead some of my ABC Wednesday meme I play each week. We are started a new round this week, beginning with "A", I made my theme this time around my Poems. I need a theme, it makes it easier for me, anyway. Now I will be back to reading today and the rest of the week.
Oh what a neat concept! I haven't heard of the series before now but it looks charming and fun. Oh and it's summer; don't stress! I often lose my groove over a certain season when things just get rolling and rocking in a different way.
Seems like when I do pack away a book something comes up that makes me want to refer to it and then I have to dig it out. Then there are some books that I have packed away that I probably should just get rid of.
What do you mean you did not finish a book this month?? Girl you are always reading so think of the word counts then. Don't fret over finishing a book - you do have to enjoy life and get outside too :)
I am having a slow reading spell. It happens to all of us I think. It will pass at some point.
